Leadership — Gunay G.

Co-Founder, TLP Properties LLC

With a background in Economics and Business Administration, Gunay brings over 30 years of experience in finance, construction, and real estate development.
He is a certified Independent Auditor and spent two decades in İzmir, Turkey, as a contractor and developer, completing numerous apartment and villa projects.
As the broker-owner of a RE/MAX office, he successfully marketed his own developments and led a professional real-estate team.
For the past six years, he has been based in New Jersey, USA, expanding DaCasa’s presence and overseeing operations in the American market.

Leadership — Ali Osman S.

Co-Founder, TLP Properties LLC

Ali Osman brings 25 years of experience in woodworking, furniture manufacturing, and construction.
He began in Kayseri, Turkey, producing furniture for corporate clients, and later established retail operations in Angola, managing sales and export logistics.
Now based in New Jersey, he continues to apply his craftsmanship and technical knowledge to interior renovation and fit-out projects throughout the U.S.
